Pines on the Severn (aka The Pines) is a residential community of 236 homes located on the east bank of the Severn River north of Annapolis in Arnold, Maryland.

Our community association was incorporated in 1926 as The Pines Community Improvement Association, Inc.

This site is designed to serve the needs of the association and its members in the performance of their responsibilities as set forth in the association's constitution and by-laws.
