The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected at the December general meeting for a one-year term of office. Six governors-at-large are elected for a two-year term. The terms of three governors expire each year. The immediate past president retains Board membership, without election, for one year.

The Board of Governors manages community property and conducts the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Association's constitution and bylaws, and applicable federal, state and county law.
